SCOPE:

Erection services, assembly, inspection, and testing of a 14-Cell Air Cooled Condenser (ACC)

  • Erection of > 940,000 kg of structural steel
  • Off-loading, inspection, handling, movement, security and preventative maintenance and storage of over 170 loads
  • Module ACC erection and installation, consisting of both heat exchanger modules and plenum modules.
  • Fabrication, transportation, assembly, and erection of >100 ft Turbine Exhaust Duct (seven sections ranging from 8’4” ID Ø to 17’-3/4” ID Ø)
  • 116,000 ft3 volume pneumatic test of ACC, ducting and associated piping
